The first step is to call; there is nothing to lose. It is usually possible to quote straight away if a design or photograph is supplied. This will cost nothing.

Home or office visits can be made to prospective customers who do not have such a clear idea of what it is they want. These initial consultations to discuss stylistic and design requirements are always free.

Guide prices can be given after a basic initial design and timber specification is agreed.

Once final design details have been approved and the final price agreed a deposit is usually required to confirm acceptance and to cover the cost of materials, before starting work.

Customers are always welcome to visit the workshop to see their furniture in progress.
